AliChatbot.uz — Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp va TikTok kabi kanallarda mijozlar bilan muloqotni avtomatlashtirish xizmati. Xizmatdan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu siyosatga rozilik bildirasiz.

Qanday ma'lumotlar yig'iladi

• Ulangan biznes akkauntlarining ochiq ma'lumotlari (username, ID);
• Mijozlar tomonidan yozilgan kommentlar va xabarlar matni (avtomatik javob berish uchun);
• Mijoz ixtiyoriy ravishda qoldirgan telefon raqami (lead sifatida biznes egasiga yetkazish uchun).

Ma'lumotlar qanday ishlatiladi

• Kommentlarga va xabarlarga avtomatik javob berish;
• Lead (telefon raqam) ma'lumotini biznes egasining Telegram kanaliga yetkazish;
• Statistika ko'rsatkichlarini hisoblash.

Ma'lumotlar himoyasi

Ma'lumotlar uchinchi shaxslarga sotilmaydi va reklama maqsadida uzatilmaydi. Tokenlar va kalitlar kirish cheklangan serverda saqlanadi; zaxira nusxalar shifrlanadi. Akkauntni kabinetdan uzsangiz — uning tokeni darhol o'chiriladi.

Xizmat ko'rsatuvchi hamkorlar (ma'lumotni qayta ishlovchilar)

Xizmat ishlashi uchun ma'lumotlar faqat quyidagi hamkorlar orqali, faqat xizmatni ko'rsatish maqsadida qayta ishlanadi:

• Railway Corp. (AQSh) — server xostingi;
• Anthropic PBC (AQSh) — javob matnini tuzish (xabar matni va biznesning bilim bazasi asosida); ma'lumotlar modelni o'qitish uchun ishlatilmaydi;
• Google LLC (Gemini API) va Groq Inc. — zaxira javob tuzish va ovozli xabarlarni matnga aylantirish;
• Telegram — lead (telefon raqam va savol) xabarnomasini biznes egasining o'z guruhiga yetkazish.

AliChatbot.uz is a customer-communication automation service for business accounts on channels such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp and TikTok. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Public information of connected business accounts (username, ID);
• Text of comments and messages written by customers (used to generate automatic replies);
• Phone numbers voluntarily left by customers (delivered to the business owner as a lead).

How data is used

• Automatic replies to comments and messages;
• Delivering lead information (phone number) to the business owner;
• Calculating aggregate statistics.

Data protection

Data is never sold to third parties or shared for advertising purposes. Access tokens and keys are stored on an access-restricted server; backups are encrypted. When you disconnect an account in the dashboard, its token is deleted immediately.

Service providers (data processors)

To operate the service, data is processed only by the following providers and only for the purpose of providing the service:

• Railway Corp. (USA) — application hosting;
• Anthropic PBC (USA) — generating reply text from the message and the business's knowledge base; data is not used to train models;
• Google LLC (Gemini API) and Groq Inc. — fallback reply generation and voice-message transcription;
• Telegram — delivering lead notifications (phone number and question) to the business owner's own group.

The service is operated by Ali Digital (sole proprietor, Uzbekistan). Legal details are in the Terms.

Data deletion

To request deletion of data related to your account, contact info@alichatbot.uz. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
