1. Xizmat

AliChatbot.uz bizneslarga o'z Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram va WhatsApp akkauntlarida mijozlarning xabar va kommentlariga sun'iy intellekt yordamida avtomatik javob berish, murojaatlarni (lead) yig'ish va statistika ko'rish imkonini beradi.

2. Akkaunt ulash

Biznes egasi o'z akkauntini rasmiy Meta/Instagram ruxsat oynasi orqali o'zi ulaydi. Biz parol so'ramaymiz va saqlamaymiz. Ruxsatni istalgan payt kabinetda «Uzish» yoki Instagram sozlamalari → «Ilovalar va veb-saytlar» orqali bekor qilish mumkin.

3. Foydalanuvchi majburiyatlari

• Faqat o'zingizga tegishli yoki boshqarish huquqingiz bor akkauntlarni ulash;
• Meta Platform Terms, Instagram va Messenger siyosatlariga rioya qilish;
• Spam, aldov yoki qonunga zid kontent tarqatmaslik.

4. To'lov

Tariflar oylik to'lanadi. To'lov @alichatbotuz_bot orqali qabul qilinadi; tasdiqlangach xizmat 30 kunga faollashadi.

5. Javobgarlik

AI javoblari biznes kiritgan ma'lumotlarga asoslanadi. Biznes o'z bilim bazasi to'g'riligi uchun javobgar. Xizmat «boricha» taqdim etiladi.

6. To'lovni qaytarish

Xizmat to'lovdan keyin faollashtirilmagan bo'lsa, to'lov 3 ish kuni ichida to'liq qaytariladi. Faollashtirilgan (foydalanila boshlangan) davr uchun to'lov qaytarilmaydi; obunani istalgan payt keyingi davrga uzaytirmaslik mumkin. Murojaat: @alichatbotuz_bot.

AliChatbot.uz — Terms of Service

1. Service

AliChatbot.uz lets businesses automatically reply to customer messages and comments on their own Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and WhatsApp accounts using AI, collect inquiries (leads) and view statistics.

2. Connecting accounts

The business owner connects their own account through the official Meta/Instagram authorization dialog. We never ask for or store passwords. Access can be revoked at any time via “Disconnect” in the dashboard or Instagram Settings → “Apps and websites”.

3. User obligations

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage;
• Comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram/Messenger policies;
• Do not send spam, deceptive or unlawful content.

4. Payments

Plans are billed monthly. Payments are accepted via @alichatbotuz_bot; once confirmed, the service is active for 30 days.

5. Liability

AI replies are based on information provided by the business, which is responsible for its accuracy. The service is provided “as is”.

6. Refunds

If the service has not been activated after payment, the payment is refunded in full within 3 business days. Payments for an activated (used) period are non-refundable; you may choose not to renew at any time. Contact: @alichatbotuz_bot.
